Rebranding and Brand Strategy

AWA Partners is a recruitment agency offering a broad range of services. On one hand, it helps companies find reliable employees. On the other, it helps people find jobs that match their expectations.

The company operates primarily in the Czech market, where it has been a stable workforce provider for more than 20 years. Although AWA Partners is a strong player in the recruitment sector, the brand lacked a clearly defined DNA that would make its communication consistent and distinctive enough to stand apart from the competition.

Our task was to develop a long-term communication strategy and a new visual identity. Through an in-depth analysis of the market situation and competitor communication, we identified a clear communication space for AWA Partners. The result was a unique positioning that understands the realities of both target audiences, B2B and B2C, and responds to their needs.

We transformed AWA Partners into a brand partner that helps both companies and job seekers overcome concerns about an uncertain future. Whether the challenge is a shortage of qualified employees or unemployment, AWA Partners enables businesses and individuals to solve their problem with ease and move forward with confidence.

This idea was then translated into a short, clear and overarching brand claim.

We defined a clear vision, mission and values for the brand, giving it a precise understanding of what it is and what it is not. This ensures consistency in communication, both internally and externally, and helps its marketing managers make the right decisions to build the brand over time.

The visual identity was built on the idea that AWA Partners helps companies and people gain stability and actively shape their future.

One of the key elements connecting the entire identity and making it more memorable is the snap symbol. It represents the moment when everything simply clicks into place. Just like when a company finds the right person for an important role, or when a job seeker finds a position that matches their expectations. The snap conveys speed, simplicity and a moment of clear decision-making. It significantly differentiates the brand from its competitors and gives AWA Partners an engaging way to communicate with all its target audiences.

The visual identity works reliably across both online and offline environments. It speaks in a clear and accessible language, evokes positive emotions and unifies the entire communication.

After defining the long-term strategy and visual identity, we also created a conversion-focused website for AWA Partners, with the main goal of generating leads. We continue to support the brand on a regular basis by helping fill open positions through online recruitment campaigns.
